Message	sprocket just being off by one tooth could cause a bent valve. If it jumped maybe 3+ I am sure it would be very plausible though. You did get the intake/cam gears on the drivers side in the correct order right? I mean by that, you didn't put the intake cam were the exhaust cam goes or vice versa?
